How to Organize a Zoom meeting using smart mobilephone ? -By Krishna Singh Pela

Step1
Download ‘Zoom Meeting’app in your mobile phone.It will look like this:

Open this zoom app. It will look like this :

If you have ID and password then click on ‘Join a Meeting’ but If you want to organize a new meeting, then click on sign up. 

The another easy way is that you can directly sign in with your Facebook ID too. 

For this : Go to sign in and you will see this type of screen:

Now click on facebook and you will see the following screen: 

(Note: we can sign in using Google ID also)

Click on Continue and you will see the following screen :

Step 6

Here  you can start new meeting directly but if you want to change your password and share your ID and password to  friends then click on Meetings on bottom line. You will see the following interface:

If you want to change the password then click on Edit and you will find the following screen: 

 Here you have to click on Password and you will get option to change it according to your choice but you can put password of up to ten letters or digits.

Step 8

If you want to invite your friends, then in the step 6 screen, click on Send Invitation and you will see the following screen: 

Step 9
Here one option is you can send link in mobile message . For this, click on Send Message. Next option is you can also send the link by email. For this, choose the second option Send Email.
There is also the third option that you can also copy and send the link through messenger or Viber or whatsApp. For this choose third option i.e. click on Copy to Clipboard and the link will be copied. After this, go to messenger or whats App and paste in the message box to send your friend.

Step10

Here, in step 5, there is a screen where you can start new meeting, join others’ meeting, schedule your meeting or share screen (of mobile or laptop to show power point etc)

Now for new meeting, click on New Meeting and you see the screen like this: 

 

Step11

   Here personal ID is seen. You can share this ID to your friends to join your meeting. For Password, at first you click on Start Meeting and you will see the following screen:

Here you have to click on "Call using Internet Audio" and the next screen will be like this:

Now your video conferencing is ready from yourself.
 Step 13
 Now your video starts. You can see your ID and password while the video is continue. For this, in the above screen you see Zoom just above the photo head. Click on this Zoom and you will see the following screen :

Here I have put the password after changing it.Anyway, you can see your meeting ID and password here. But one thing is that there is Invite Link in the above image, and we can want to copy this link by taping on it. Yes we can copy and send to our friends but this doesn't work.


 Step 14  Admit option
The important step is here. When your friends join your meeting using ID and password that you had provided (or the link you shared to them), then notification will be seen on your screen that someone has entered the waiting room ..., and the following screen will be appeared. You have to click on Admit , now your friend is connected to zoom meeting and you both can see one anothers' video and listen the audio.
